"One of the wealthiest counties." Dale knows we can do more.

Oct 1, 2026 · Candidate forum

Dale says it plainly: "Keep in mind, we're one of the wealthiest counties in the state of Missouri." Platte County can contribute more to its own tax base. It's ready to grow county government.

"Imagine borrowing $50 million for, like, a new jail." "I refinanced or financed over three-quarters of a billion dollars in debt." "You must have these things to grow."

Dale's not afraid to grow our government. He's not afraid to ask voters to help pay for it.

A humanitarian at heart: animal control for Platte County.

Oct 2026 · Brouk campaign video

Dale wants to grow Platte County government to include the services we're missing. Animal control is first. In his words: "Platte County does not have any animal control. I want to bring all the municipalities together and figure out how we could come up with one congruent animal control vehicle to implement in Platte County."

We're the wealthiest county in the Northland. We can afford it. Let's take care of our animals and each other.

New county services. A county that takes care of its own. Dale's for it.

He knows how to turn blight into tax revenue.

Oct 7, 2026 · Brouk campaign video

Dale has the experience to turn blighted ground into tax revenue for the county. In his words: "I have helped develop Parkville Commons. I was part of the development team as the CFO… starting from a piece of ground that was deemed blighted."

That takes taxpayer-funded incentives. That's okay. Dale says those incentives grow the tax base and pay for more services and amenities.

Taxpayer incentives. More tax revenue. More services. Dale's for it.

Zona Rosa: the conservatives got it wrong. Dale would fix it.

Oct 1, 2026 · Candidate forum

In 2017 the conservative commission walked away from the Zona Rosa garage bonds. The county's credit rating went to junk. It's still junk. Dale says they got it wrong: "If the debt service is $700,000 — okay, the county, you do $200,000 and let's lower the payment to $500,000, extend the life of the bonds. I did this all the time." "Had they done that in 2017, our bond rating would still probably be double-A."

Fix the rating and the county can borrow again and grow its services. That takes revenue. Somebody has to be brave enough to talk about raising taxes. Dale's that guy.

Pay the bonds. Fix the rating. Borrow. Grow. Dale's not afraid to talk taxes. November 3rd.
